In case of cancellations within the specified deadlines, the following rules apply:

The dates of the European Championship games are 14.&15.06./21.06./25.06./28.06. & 29.06./ 05.07.& 06.07./13.07. & 14.07.2024

Free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before arrival.

Prepayment by bank transfer of 100% of the room rate at least 14 days before arrival.

If you cancel within 14 days, no refund will be given.

This rule also applies to reservations made via the online service on our website.

Normal regulation:

Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. After that, if the property is not rented, we will charge 80% of the accommodation price.

Cancellation policy for groups of 8 people or more or 5 rooms:

Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 28 days before arrival
After that, we only charge 50% of the accommodation price if the rooms are not rented.

A deposit will be discussed individually.
